Can I work from anywhere?

Currently, we are not accepting Individuals from the following states: California Connecticut Maryland Massachusetts New York Oregon Wisconsin

What is needed for servicing?

Landline phone Internet Modem (hardwired connection using an Ethernet cord from your computer to the modem) Computer/Laptop (Windows 8 and 10) Phone with headset (AGPTEK recommended brand) USB Headset with microphone (Logitech recommended brand) Workstation Requirements Document

Can this be competitive to full-time job?

The simple answer is, yes it can. You have the ability to earn anywhere from $8.50 an hour to $15 an hour depending on the client you choose to service. You will also be paid on performance and will receive incentives based on your performance.

Is there an investment cost to get started?

As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your certification training cost and any equipment needed for service. As an Independent Contractor you are able to write off any expenses on your taxes. This is an investment in being in complete control of your work, money, and hours.

Is there an Arise IBO/admin fee?

Yes. Our Arise IBO fee is $25 per pay cycle. This covers our company resources, payroll, business expenses, etc. Arise Virtual Solutions also charges $19.75 per pay cycle which covers the usage of the Arise platform, 24/7 Technical Support, and Arise Partner Support

When can I start work once I've setup my agent profile?

Once you have completed your profile you are able to select from one of our client opportunities at any point to start the certification training.

What type of clients does your company work with?

We work with various clients through the Arise Virtual Solutions platform. Some examples are cruise lines companies, roadside assistance, internet/cable client, major theme park client, home improvement clients, and many more.

What is the pay rate and how do I get paid?

The pay rate depends on the Client program. Client programs pay range between $8.50 to $ 15.00 per hour + Bonuses. We pay via direct deposit on the 1st and 15th of each month.

How is certification training setup?

Certification is typically 4 hours per day. 9a-1p or 6p-10p. Some Clients offer additional Client times. Certification is held in a virtual classroom with an Instructor and other students. A certification training is unpaid.
